Working with Jen Spencer was truly a pleasure. Searching for a new home can be so daunting and sometimes disappointing but Jen never let us get down. She stayed busy trying to find us the perfect place, gave us frank and useful advice and helped us find our new home. Jen showed patience and kindness and works harder than anyone out there. Gave an excellent 15 page printed presentation for her appraisal and sale process, and discussed recommended listing prices and expected enthusiasm at each level. Jen matched the independent real estate appraisal as the highest achievable price, though low probability. Her FMV appraisal matched my 15 house highly attributed linear regression model output at nearly 90% Rsquared, (improved Zillow model) which was extremely comforting, as I had different appraisal prices with a range of 100K. that data match gave me the confidence to select Jen as the most honest and hard working real estate to get the sale done. She provided excellent staging advice and vendors, which made a tremendous difference. And she did execute, actually turning away the final buyer the first time as not a qualified purchaser. House sold during the first open house, and above listing price!

Jenipher is phenomenal! Right at the 1st she presented to us her plan on how she would sell the house, we agreed on a selling price, her team helped stage the house for sale and it sold in 6 days over the asking price. I was nervous as any seller that house may not sell in the timeframe needed and that it would sell for less which is a common experience. However, Jenipher remained cool, was very positive and confident throughout the experience. When the brief and successful process was over, I was amazed.
