We were very fortunate to have Jenepher Spencer sell our home. From the outset, Jen was very responsive and took the time to answer our questions. Her marketing strategy, knowing the area and pricing our home, was spot on! Once we committed to selling, Jen advised us on how to prep the home i.e., de-clutter & staging. She arranged aerial drone images as well as complete interior/exterior photos from a professional photographer, both of which were phenomenal. Home showings and Open House were well orchestrated and seamless, resulting in multiple offers which Jen presented to us within two days of the open house. Jen worked with us all the way through the closing process which went off without a hitch. She also offered very good recommendations on a closing attorney and moving company. We would work with Jen again if we have the need to purchase or sell a home in the future.
